Tomato pasta

Serves 4, syn free

400g of cooked pasta

1 onion finely chopped

3 celery sticks finely chopped

4 carrots finely chopped

3 crushed garlic cloves

1 tbsp of sweetener

2 cans of chopped tomatoes

1. Add the onion, carrot and celery to a pan and fry for 15 minutes

2. Add the chopped tomatoes and season to taste

3. Stir in the sweetener and simmer for 10 minutes

4. Mix the sauce into the cooked pasta
