Cornflake chicken

Serves 1, 2.5 syns




14g of cornflakes (2.5 syns)

1 beaten egg

1 chicken breast



1. Crush the cornflakes

2. Coat the chicken breast in egg and then in the cornflakes

3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked
