Spicy coated salmon

Serves 2, syn free


2 salmon fillets

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp chilli

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp water


1. Mix all the spice and water in a bowl and stir to make a paste

2. Cover the top of the salmon in the paste

3. Bake for 30 minutes until the salmon is cooked
