Minted lamb burgers & spicy green beans



Minted lamb burgers


Serves 4, syn free

500g of lean minced lamb
Freshly chopped mint



1. Mix the mint and lamb until thoroughly mixed in

2. shape into 8 burgers

3. Fry in fry light for 10-15 minutes


Spicy green beans

Serves 4, syn free
1 pack of green beans

1 pack of cherry tomatoes

1 tsp of chilli



1. Cut the green beans in half and then boil until cooked

2. Meanwhile grate the tomatoes

3. In a bowl mix the green beans, tomatoes and chilli
