Lemon and chilli chicken kebabs

2 large Chicken breasts, diced

1 clove of Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Chilli flakes
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Coriander leaf
3 tbsp very low fat natural Yoghurt
Salt and Black Pepper

1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and mix throughly

2. Refridgerate and leave to marinade for an hour

3. Remove the chicken and place on skewers, peppers or pineapple can be placed in between the chicken for exytra taste

4. BQQ, grill or oven cook for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked
