Breakfast pots

Serves 1, 5.5 syns if not using shredded what as healthy extra b


28g of bite size shredded wheat

Sliced strawberries



1 raspberry and cranberry Muller light


1. Crushed the shredded wheat

2. Put a layer of raspberries, blueberries and strawberries

3. Put a layer of yoghurt

4. Put a layer of shredded what

5. Repeat

6. Put a strawberry, raspberry and blueberry on top to garnish
