Breakfast mushrooms

Serves 1, syn(8 syns if not use cheese as hea)

2 large flat mushrooms, core removed
3 slices of ham, cut into pieces
42g of reduced fat cheddar, grated

1. Grill the mushrooms for 5 minutes
2. Add the ham and cheese and grill until the cheese is melted & brown
