  1. Hi Jess,

I came across your profile entirely by accident. I'm a SW member and have lost about 3 stone 9 pounds so far. I'm pretty pleased and finally feel great.

However, what makes it worth while is finding sites likethis. It means you can eat varied and exciting food while staying on plan. You're an absolute credit to the plan and really, if I were at their head office, I'd be trying to get you in as staff.

Seriously, thank you so much for sharing this. I'm sure the others that use your site are as grateful as I am.

I've also read a little of your other blog and honestly you're doing great. As you said, don't rush things. Do it at your own pace and you'll be fine.

Keep those recipes coming! Take care and good luck.
